One day. One challenge.
Actual Progress.

Pick one real challenge. The one keeping you up at night. The one that’ll really make a difference.
Bring together some brilliant people, the more mixed the better.
In a half / full day we work through it using Design Thinking methods – scoped tightly to leave with something concrete to test and act on.
Not just good intentions and post-its on a wall.

You have a specific challenge that's been on the list for too long and needs momentum.

You want to try a different way of working on a real problem – not learn methods in the abstract.

You're tired of workshops that felt good in the room, but changed nothing afterwards.

HOW IT WORKS

It starts with a scoping call before the workshop.
Together we agree on the challenge to tackle and what kind of output makes sense given where you are.

Sometimes the problem is already clear and we go straight into ideation and prototyping. Sometimes the work starts earlier, agreeing on what the actual problem is, before solving anything.

On the day, we work hands-on, design sprint hackathon style. Design Thinking methods applied directly to your challenge: journey mapping, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, or whatever the challenge calls for.

Co-creation throughout. The scope is deliberately tight, because that’s what makes real progress possible in a day.

No prior Design Thinking knowledge required. You’ll learn new transferable skills through actual progress on your challenge, together.

YOU LEAVE WITH

Real output you can act on. A mapped employee journey, a defined problem statement, prioritised ideas, or a basic prototype, depending on what the challenge calls for.

Hands-on practice with the methods used. Journey mapping, problem definition, ideation, or prototyping, ready for your team to keep using in their own work.

Alignment across the team on what the challenge actually is and where to go next, because everyone in the room helped shape it.

Concrete next steps with actions and timing, not just intentions and post-its on a wall.
