For HR and People teams ready to work more adaptively
– without adding a course on top of everything else. We work directly on your existing challenges,
applying Design Thinking methods as we go.
Your team builds new ways of working by actually using them, on things that matter.
You want to shift how your team works – not in theory, but on the challenges already on your list.
You don't have bandwidth for "another course", but you know something needs to change.
You want capability your team owns and keeps adding value long after our collaboration has ended.
HOW IT WORKS
Every bespoke programme starts with a conversation.
Before any structure is set, we map out where your team is now, what challenges matter most, and what shifting how you work could realistically look like over the next few months.
From there, we design the programme together.
The specific shape depends on your context, but typical building blocks include:
→ A discovery phase to understand the real challenges and ambitions
→ A grounding in Design Thinking basics so the team starts with a shared foundation in the process, mindset and outside-in iterative approach.
→ Working sessions applied to real current challenges – building hands-on knowledge over time of Design Thinking as both a process, mindset and value catalyst
→ Regular check-ins to surface learnings, align across people, and break silos
→ A sponsor cadence so the work stays connected to organisational priorities
YOU LEAVE WITH
→ Real progress on the challenges you brought into the programme, not theoretical case studies.
→ A team that works more adaptively, with shared methods and a shared way of approaching complex problems.
→ Hands-on capability across your team in core Design Thinking methods, applied to your reality throughout.
→ Stronger cross-functional collaboration, with silos broken through actual work rather than off-sites about teamwork.
→ Internal momentum that continues long after the programme ends, because the methods are built into how you already work.
FORMAT
Multi-session programme, designed around your team’s cadence and capacity. Online by default, with an optional onsite kickoff recommended.
Typically runs over three to six months, depending on scope and ambition. Sessions of two to three hours, spaced two to three weeks apart.

A 30-minute introduction call to talk through what your team is working with and whether a bespoke programme is the right fit.
If it is, we’ll book a longer follow-up to start shaping it.
Men ni tillför vad?
Most strategy is built on untested
assumptions about the people it depends on.
And that’s where the most expensive mistakes happen.
Take the AI rollout that landed as a threat before it even became an opportunity. The onboarding that looked solid on paper, but quietly lost your best people. Or new methods stacked on old structural debt, adding complexity instead of value. Busy doing, but adding what?
Your people are your business strategy in motion.
Yet the methods most organisations use to design how they work, grow and change weren’t built for constant change, growing complexity, or the partnership between human and machine intelligence the work now demands.
It takes intentional design.
Ask before solving. Test in sprints, not big leaps.
Building WITH your people, not for them.
Working with Sandra on our onboarding journey mapping gave us a completely new perspective.
We identified core challenges, opportunities and connections – from employees through to internal processes.
Outlining actions to take towards improved engagement and productivity.
Sandra is, apart from being a true professional, very pleasant to work with.
Sandra is a fantastic coach. Her approach is open and guiding. She gave me the space and confidence to learn and apply Design Thinking within my own context as a people professional, leading from a place of value creation to improve the employee experience.
If I look back on my career so far, this has in its own way underpinned much of what I have done, without me realising it. Sandra’s ability to bridge Design Thinking with HR is not only insightful, but can be transformative.
I have had the privilege of collaborating with Sandra in building a new training program, Design Thinking and HR.
Sandra is highly competent in the field of Design Thinking, and she has extensive experience from different industries, which makes it easy for her to relate to a wide range of experiences.
Sandra is creative and full of ideas, but she also gets things done. It is easy to work with her; she is attentive, responsible, and always brings that little extra.
Sandra’s deliverables are of very high quality, and anyone who works with her will be very satisfied. I can give her my strongest recommendation!

Multi-session bespoke programme, fully tailored to your team and context.
Your people are your business strategy in motion.

Because they're using ways of working and methods built for slower, more predictable times.
Adaptive thinking, faster cycles, a true partnership between human and machine intelligence
– that's what the work now demands.
On a fractional basis, you get senior experience design capability embedded alongside your People leadership.
Commitment and setup adjusted to your needs.

I’m Sandra, a Designer in HR.
I bring 20+ years of experience design into People teams – helping them solve the right problems, test ideas early, and create experiences that actually work.
When I was in leadership roles I started reflecting on how HR and People experiences were so similar to CX, but still worked with so differently.
So I decided to try something else, to take my glasses (literally) and agile product development experience into the People space.
Connecting people, business and tech.
Because now more than ever is the time to experiment and test, fast. To connect expertise, across teams and silos.
And to truly co-create solutions that actually make a difference.
People experiences, intentionally designed.
