I’ve spent 20+ years designing experiences – from hands on to global design systems, leading teams across 15+ markets and communities of 100+ designers. Along the way, I noticed HR teams facing the exact same challenges we’ve been solving in customer experience (CX) for decades.

Journey mapping to see where things actually break (not assumed). Prototyping to test before you invest. Cross-functional collaboration that gets HR, IT and business speaking the same language. Iterative progress instead of big-bang changes that take forever and cost a fortune.
